Policies
Reservation policy:
Accommodations are on a first come first serve basis.
Reservations are encouraged. Cabin reservations are recommended at any time.
During holidays, special events or heavy use periods, reservations will hold cabins,
pop-up, hook-ups and camp sites. A deposit is required to guarantee a
reservation. A deposit may be in the form of cash, check, Visa
Card, MasterCard or Discover Card. Credit card is advised because
billing will not occur unless a no-show situation arises, while a check must be cashed
right away. The amount of deposit is based on the reserved period and the rate for
the facility requested. A reservation guaranteed by deposit is a guarantee on Wild
Bill's Campground's part that the accommodations will be available on the date of check-in
and is a guarantee on the Customer's part to utilize the accommodations on the reserved
date(s) or forfeit the deposit in the event of no-show. Late check-in must be
arranged by 7:00 PM on the check-in date.
Cancellation Policy:
Thirty (30) days
advance cancellation notice is required to prevent liability for the period.
Thirty (30) days
advance cancellation notice is required to prevent liability for the period.
Reservations that are cancelled within the
thirty (30) day period are subject to forfeiture of deposit (as noted above)
if Wild Bill's Campground cannot utilize the accommodations for another customer.
This policy is required because customers generally make
their plans at least thirty (30) days in advance. When an accommodation is held by
